Hail the New Tech Support System!

We are introducing a nice new system that streamlines tech support a great deal. Now all technical support is managed from My Aurigma profile.

You can now see the entire support case lifespan logged in an easy-to-read way, as well as leave messages, attachments and see the status (and other relevant data) of your support cases.
