Purchased Aurigma fileDownloader...

waited two weeks for me Key... and it does not work:

I added:

Code:

fd.addParam("LicenseKey", "XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX");

to my file

it works occasionally... most of the time it tells me that the evaluation period has expired.
Windows XP SP2, IE6

MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4

And there is no support for this product on your site?????

Hello,

To tell the truth I do not remember any emails regarding this problem. It is possible it was stuck in spam filters or something like that.

Could you submit case with a link to the page where you experience a problem? Also, please send what Windows and IE version you use.
