Hello,

I have created a simple program to edit business cards online using the advanced photosohp plugin. Everything works great, but I have a (hopefully) basic question:

When I read in the photoshop layers and draw them I don't get the blending options applied. I would like to use drop shadows on some of the text and therefore have this blending option turned on in photoshop for the corresponding layer. I assume there is some way to easily have the blending options preserved?

Any help is appreciated,

David

Hello David,

Unfortunately it is not a such simple task. There is no support of the Photoshop blending options in the current version of the Advanced PSD Add-on. So you should manage drawing of shadow effect by yourself. If you can control source PSD files, you can encode shadow effect into the layer's name and parse it while rendering the result image.

Best wishes, Alex.
