We have a client who is using IE6 and IE7 and when trying to access the page where the File Downloader is located, they recieve the following browser error...

Internet Explorer cannot display the web page.

I am using IE7 and have no problems with it at all, wondering if there are certain browser permissions that need to be excluded for the user to access the file downloader??

Thanks

Hello,

I suppose that this could your user’s connection problem or something like that.

You can set up different security settings for using ActiveX controls, but anyway – IE will show the page with or without ActiveX.

Best regards,
Eugene Kosmin.

Update: This was a problem due to firewall issues and has been resolved
