We are using version 4.5 of the ActiveX uploader. It seems to work fine except in this instance: If you go to a site with version 5 then our version 4.5 will not work anymore. For example if you upload photos on Facebook then try on our site, the uploader will not load. It seems this issue may be outlined in the FAQ: http://www.aurigma.com/Support/DocViewer/28/FAQInstallationProblems.htm--activexwrongcodebase.aspxBut there is no solution there. Is there a work around for this problem? Thanks

Hello, The latest versions of Image Uploader include kill bit for previous versions with security issue. So when you install Image Uploader 5.1.x from somewhere, you are preventing unsafe version using on your computer. There is only one solution – to update your Image Uploader to 4.7.x. This would explain why some of our users are also reporting issues with IU 4.5.
