Hi guys,
We use Image Uploader in our dev & prod environment. The first one is HTTP auth protected.
In IU 4.5 : - With ActiveX applet, the brower auth is maintained and everything works fine. - With Java Applet we have to enter login & pass for each uploaded file but we assumed it as the normal behavior
In IU 5.0 : - Everything works on ActiveX as in 4.5 - Java Applet upload don't works when auth is required: applet ask for login & password but after entering them, he blocks at 4 kbytes while uploading and time-out.
Can someone reproduce it and confirm that it's an IU bug ?
Thanks folks !

Hello,
Could you send us the login instructions to your test site to check it. We could debug Image Uploader and try to fund the reason of the problem.
Sincerely yours, Alex Makhov

Hi all, we've got the same problem in our dev environment (HTTP auth protected). I use the correct credentials but the applet blocks and times out.
Alex, is there any fix or workaround regarding this wellknown issue?
Cheers!

Hello,
Do you use the latest version 5.5.6? If so, could you answer the following question: - what Image Uploader causes the problem: Java or ActiveX? - what browser do you use when the uploader crashes? - could you give me the complete script used to embed Image Uploader on your page and ste-by-step instructions how to reproduce the issue?
Sincerely yours, Dmitry Sevostyanov.
