I can't get the license key!!!

We orderd a license for the File Downloader, but when we try to get the license key it tells me
the Activation Key is Invalid!!!!! Why????

Hello,

I am sorry for the problem with license key activation. Please let us know the domain name on which you are going to use software in order we have generated license key for you manually. Please either email it or post it here using Private Messaging.

One more time I am sorry for the problems.

BTW, we have tried to reply you by email, but have received
