We have purchased a license for this product and I have followed the instructions on how to include the license key, but still I get this error.

I have the Aurigma.GraphicsMill.lic in the bin directory and it has our license key in it without any spaces or anything apart from the license key. I have also registered the license key using the License Key Registration Utility.

But still no joy!?

I'm running Vista x64 Ultimate with Visual Web Developer 2008, are there any problems I should be aware of?

Thanks.

Fixed it... seems I had to uninstall and reinstall the GraphicsMill and then rerun the registration utility.

Found this solution by searching the forums, seems some other people have had the same problem also....

Hello,

Yes, product reinstall is a good idea to try. Similar problems are often caused by Vista's registry virtualization system. Another way is to carefully check "HKLM\Software\Aurigma" registry branches, including virtualized ones, for a expired trial keys.

Best wishes, Alex.
