We have found that for some users running W2K and IE v6 and also XP SP2 and IE v6 that despite having installed the code to 'detect' what version of IE is running, it presents us with a 'grey screen' whilst IU is being installed. This for the untrained user is not good.

All our testing was done on our XP SP2 and IE v6 machine at home and all the screenshots as details in the above thread worked great. However when I went into the office using XP SP2 and IE v6 (and tried to install the IU) I was presented with the grey screen (no prompts) appeared. My brother experienced the same thing except on a W2K PC and IE v6.

Is there something that we are missing? Other than this 'grey screen' - everything is working fantastically!
