Before you proceed with a purchase of Aurigma File Downloader, it is highly recommended to learn more about File Downloader's licensing model.
You can order one of two licenses for Aurigma File Downloader:

Professional License

Premium License
For both licenses you can obtain a maintenance subscription.
Professional License
One Professional License gives you the right to use a product to download files from a single server from a website identified with one fully-qualified domain name (hostname). Note, "fully-qualified" means that subdomains of a domain are not included. In other words, a license for example.com will not work with sub.example.com.
Note
The only exception to this rule is www subdomain. In other words, www.example.com and example.com are considered the same domain.
If you have multiple domains and servers, you should purchase the maximum between the number of domains and servers. For example:

You have 4 servers and use File Downloader on 2 domains. You need to order 4 licenses.

You have 2 servers and use File Downloader with 5 domains. You need to order 5 licenses.
Premium License
A Premium License has the following essential differences compared to Professional:

Premium License enables you to use the product with unlimited number of domains associated with an IP of a single server. For multi-server setup you should have a license per each server.

You are eligible for a private-label version. If you are interested, just let us know prior the purchase, and for a reasonable service fee you will get a version branded with your name.

You may license a source code in addition to the product.
Maintenance
When you purchase a license, you may choose to subscribe for maintenance. You will get the following advantages:

Free software updates within the maintenance period (one year).

Free technical support through the help desk system.
Note
Without the maintenance subscription you receive only the most recent version available by the purchase date. To get an update, you will have to purchase one more license.
The annual maintenance subscription costs 25% of the total license cost.
Dev/QA License
When you purchase a license for your production system, you are also eligible for a several licenses for dev/QA environment.

If you order a Professional License, you get up to 3 no charge dev/QA licenses.

If you order a Premium License, you get up to 6 no charge dev/QA licenses.
If you need more dev/QA licenses, you can order them for 50% of the production license price. Please contact our sales team if you are interested.
