The Standard edition comprises the following major constituents.
Core Library
The core library implements the imaging capabilities of Graphics Mill Standard: format and metadata handling, transforms, effects and filters application, tone and brightness correction, on-the-fly thumbnailing and other tasks provided by the imaging SDK.
AJAX for ASP.NET Controls
These controls actuate the core functionality of the imaging SDK in web applications. Featuring no-postback data retrieval and background loading, these controls ensure smooth online image editing experience even over slow connections.
Windows Forms Controls
These enable end user to pan, crop, zoom, select regions, resize images, manipulate layers with raster and vector objects, generate thumbnail lists and perform other imaging operations in desktop applications. WinForms controls have been designed with memory-friendliness in mind which can sometimes be important when working with large images.
Add-Ons
These further expand core library functionality. Graphics Mill Standard includes the add-ons listed below so there is no need to buy them separately.
Red-Eye Removal Add-On
Red-eye removal on a static image is a non-trivial task. Graphics Mill leverages a unique semi-automatic mode where you just have to select the necessary face – and the eyes are on the photo are found and treated automatically.
AVI Processor Add-On
Graphics Mill capabilities are not limited to processing static bitmaps: beside animated GIFs resize, you can enjoy full-featured AVI video stream processing.
Media Processor Add-On
This add-on allows for extracting such media content as video frames, metadata, etc.
