Support

We do our best to help our customers solve their issues without delay. To this end, we have streamlined the support process and provided repositories of developer wisdom to assist in addressing most common issues. These repositories are the Online Help and the Forums.

Our support team are always happy to help. However, the answer to a problem often lies within just a few clicks in the product documentation. So, please be sure to study product Online Help - this often saves your time and ours, too.

Forum threads are essentially knowledge base articles that address a plethora of various issues. Very often, you may find that someone had already submitted the issues you are facing - and a detailed solution has been posted quite a while ago.

We place all KB Articles into specific forum threads. Now, while you are searching the Forums for an issue, the results from KB articles are also fed into search results.

If your issue is not addressed in Online Help and in Forums, please feel free to contact our technical support via e-mail.

If you have questions about pricing, special product versions, etc. feel free to contact Aurigma Sales Department.

Support Terms

We provide free technical support by e-mail within one year since the product purchase. Free technical support includes

  • Bug fixes
  • Basic consultation regarding the best practices when using the product.

Please note that we reserve the right to postpone bug fixes until the next version.

You can still contact our technical support team after one year since the purchase has elapsed. In this case, you still can get technical support but at lower priority.

When you purchase the product which includes source code, the technical support is limited to providing the most recent version of the source code. You should merge this version of the source code with your changes yourself. However, you can hire our developers to merge source code or debug the problem you have in your source code (discussed individually).
