We provide free technical support by e-mail in one year since you purchase a product. Free technical support includes:
- Bug fixes
- Basic consultation regarding the best usage of the product
Note, we reserve to ourselves a right to postpone bug fixes until the next version.
If you contact our technical support team after one year since purchase, you still can get a technical support but at lower priority.
When you purchase the product which includes source code, the technical support is limited with providing the most recent version of the source code. You should merge this version of the source code with your changes yourself. However you can hire our developers to merge source code or debug the problem you have in your source code (discussed individually).
Upgrade
We provide the following upgrade options:
- All customers can get the minor updates of the purchased product for free. To do this, login and go to My Licenses & Downloads section. The most recent version of the products you purchased will be available for downloading from there.
- Upgrade to the next major version is not free, however we provide special upgrade prices (varies for different products).
- Upgrade through several major versions is interpreted as new purchase.
NoteWhat is a minor and major update? Product version consists of two digits, e.g. 5.0. When the last digit is increased (e.g. 5.0 -> 5.1) it means the minor update. When the first digit is increased (e.g. 5.0 -> 6.0) it means the major update.
