# event.remove(Function) Method HTML5/Flash Uploader JavaScript

Removes the specified handler from the collection.

## Syntax
 
```
$au.imageUploaderFlash('uploaderID').events().event().remove(handler);
```

     - Type: **Function**
 
The function to remove.
 
### Return Value
 
Type: **Boolean**
 
`true` if the specified handled was successfully removed from the collection; otherwise, `false`.
