# messages.maxFileCountExceeded Property HTML5/Flash Uploader JavaScript

Gets or sets a message which states that a user tries to select too many files.

## Syntax
 
```
$au.imageUploaderFlash({
    messages: {
        //...other params...
        maxFileCountExceeded: "Not all files were added. You allowed to upload no more than {0} file(s).",
        //...other params...
    }
})
```

```
$au.imageUploaderFlash('uploaderID').messages().maxFileCountExceeded(value);
value = $au.imageUploaderFlash('uploaderID').messages().maxFileCountExceeded();
```
 
### Property Value
 
Type: **String**
 
The message which states that a user tries to select too many files (i.e. the number of the selected files is bigger than the [maxFileCount](https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/FH_P_J_$au_restrictions_maxFileCount.htm.md) value). To disable this message, set it to an empty string.
 
- *{0}*
    - replaced by a maximum number of files allowed for upload per one session.

Default value is **"Not all files were added. You allowed to upload no more than {0} file(s)."**.

## Remarks
 
This property is necessary for localization of HTML5/Flash Uploader.
