# statusPane.visible Property HTML5/Flash Uploader JavaScript

Gets or sets whether to display the status panel.

## Syntax
 
```
$au.imageUploaderFlash({
    statusPane: {
        //...other params...
        visible: true,
        //...other params...
    }
})
```

```
$au.imageUploaderFlash('uploaderID').statusPane().visible(value);
value = $au.imageUploaderFlash('uploaderID').statusPane().visible();
```
 
### Property Value
 
Type: **Boolean**
 
`true` if the entire status panel should be visible; otherwise, `false`.
 
Default value is **true**.

## Remarks
 
Note, if the status panel is hidden, the **Upload** button and the progress bar will be hidden as well. In this case, you should take care about there elements yourself (e.g. handle the [progress](https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/FH_P_J_$au_events_progress.htm.md) event or call the [upload()](https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/FH_M_J_$au_imageUploaderFlash_upload.htm.md) method.
