# FileSettings.Acl Property HTML5/Flash Uploader PHP

Gets or sets an Amazon S3 access control list. Options include `private`, `public-read`, `public-read-write`, and `authenticated-read`.

```

Type: **string**
 
The Amazon S3 access control list.
 
Default value is **"private"**.
