Gets or sets an array of [InitComplete](https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/JA_E_Uploader_InitComplete.htm.md) event handlers.

## Syntax

$au.uploader({
    events: {
        //...other params...
        initComplete: [],
        //...other params...
    }
})
```

$au.uploader('uploaderID').events().initComplete(value);
value = $au.uploader('uploaderID').events().initComplete();
```

The string containing the name of **InitComplete** event handler or an array of handler names.

## Remarks
 
This event fires when ActiveX/Java Uploader is completely created and initialized.
