# paneItem.enableFileNameTooltip Property ActiveX/Java Uploader JavaScript

Get or sets a value indicating whether a tooltip containing a filename should be displayed when the mouse pointer hovers over the pane item.

## Syntax
 
```
$au.uploader({
    paneItem: {
        //...other params...
        enableFileNameTooltip: false,
        //...other params...
    }
})
```

```
$au.uploader('uploaderID').paneItem().enableFileNameTooltip(value);
value = $au.uploader('uploaderID').paneItem().enableFileNameTooltip();
```
 
### Property Value
 
Type: **Boolean**
 
If `true` filename tooltip is displayed when the mouse pointer hovers over the pane item.
 
Default value is **false**.
