# statusPane.progressBarText Property ActiveX/Java Uploader JavaScript

Gets or sets a text displayed in the progress bar during the upload if the instant upload feature is used.

## Syntax
 
```
$au.uploader({
    statusPane: {
        //...other params...
        progressBarText: "Uploading ([percents]%)",
        //...other params...
    }
})
```
 
### Property Value
 
Type: **String**
 
The text displaying a total percentage of the upload progress. It can contain the following placeholder:
 
- *[percents]*
    - replaced by the total percentage of the upload progress.

Default value is **"Uploading ([percents]%)"**.

## Remarks
 
This property makes sense only if the [enableInstantUpload](https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/JA_P_J_$au_uploadSettings_enableInstantUpload.htm.md) property is `true`.
 
This property is necessary for localization of ActiveX/Java Uploader.
