# uploadProgressDialog.estimationText Property ActiveX/Java Uploader JavaScript

Gets or sets a caption of the label which displays estimated time of the upload.

## Syntax
 
```
$au.uploader({
    uploadProgressDialog: {
        //...other params...
        estimationText: "Estimated remaining time: [time]",
        //...other params...
    }
})
```
 
### Property Value
 
Type: **String**
 
The text of the **Estimated remaining time** label. It can contain the following placeholder:
 
- *[time]*
    - replaced by the estimation of how much time is left.

**Note** 
Format of the displayed time can be configured via the [timeFormat](https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/JA_P_J_$au_uploadProgressDialog_timeFormat.htm.md) property.
 
Default value is **"Estimated remaining time: [time]"**.

## Remarks
 
**Note** 
The estimation of the upload time may be quite inaccurate and depends on the [uploadSettings.progressBytesMode](https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/JA_P_J_$au_uploadSettings_progressBytesMode.htm.md).
 
This property is necessary for localization of ActiveX/Java Uploader.
