# uploader.enableContextMenu Property ActiveX/Java Uploader JavaScript

Gets or sets a value indicating whether to disaplay the context menu.

## Syntax
 
```
$au.uploader({
    //...other params...
    enableContextMenu: true,
    //...other params...
})
```

```
$au.uploader('uploaderID').enableContextMenu(value);
value = $au.uploader('uploaderID').enableContextMenu();
```
 
### Property Value
 
Type: **Boolean**
 
If `true`, context menu is displayed when a user right-clicks panes and items; otherwise, right-clicks cause nothing.
 
Default value is **true**.
