Gets or sets an array of [BeforeUpload](https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/JA_E_Uploader_BeforeUpload.htm.md) event handlers.

## Syntax

public function &getBeforeUpload() {

public function setBeforeUpload($value) {

```
 
### Property Value
 
Type: **array**
 
The string containing the name of **BeforeUpload** event handler or an array of handler names.

## Remarks
 
This event fires when the upload is about to be started.
