Gets or sets a caption of **Rotate** button.

public function setRotateButtonText($value) {

Type: **string**
 
The caption of **Rotate** button.
 
Default value is **"Rotate"**.

## Remarks
 
This property is necessary for localization of ActiveX/Java Uploader.
