# Messages.FileNameNotAllowed Property ActiveX/Java Uploader PHP

Gets or sets a message which states that a user tries to select a file, the name of which is not allowed.

## Syntax
 
```
public function getFileNameNotAllowed() {
}

public function setFileNameNotAllowed($value) {
}
```
 
### Property Value
 
Type: **string**
 
The message which states that a user tries to select a file the name of which is not allowed (i.e. the file name does not match [FileMask](https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/JA_P_P_Restrictions_FileMask.htm.md), or matches [DeniedFileMask](https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/JA_P_P_Restrictions_DeniedFileMask.htm.md)). It can contain the following placeholder:
 
- *[name]*
    - replaced by the name of the file which cannot be added.

Default value is **"The file '[name]' cannot be selected. The website doesn't accept files of this type."**.

## Remarks
 
This property is necessary for localization of ActiveX/Java Uploader.
