messages.fileNameNotAllowed Property HTML5/Flash Uploader JavaScript

Gets or sets a message which states that a user tries to select a file, the name of which is not allowed.

Property Value

Type: String

The message which states that a user tries to select a file the name of which is not allowed (the file name does not match fileMask). It can contain the following placeholder:

[name]
replaced by the name of the file which cannot be added.

Default value is "The file '{0}' cannot be added. The website doesn't accept files of this type.".

Remarks

This property is necessary for localization of HTML5/Flash Uploader.
