The message displayed when the user tries to add fewer files than the MinFileCount restriction.
To be able to display additional information in this error message, special placeholder is used:
- {0}
- replaced by the MinFileCount value.
Default value is "At least {0} files should be selected to start upload.".

This property is necessary for localization of HTML5/Flash Uploader.
